Many Attorneys do not love the process or task of Business Development.  However, it is an essential component to individual and firm wide success.  Cultivating relationships and the strategy of where and who to focus on is time consuming and daunting.  We’ll work hand-in-hand with partners, practice group leaders, and attorneys to formulate a strategy and process to turn a daunting task into one that can be measured and achieved.

Prior to any session, a DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientious), Motivator and Judgement style assessment will be taken by each participant.  During tailored individual coaching sessions participants will discover their personal behavior, motivator and judgment style, learn to discern the styles of others and effectively communicate with clients and team members.   This is a critical first step in understanding ones personal and professional strengths and weaknesses as well as how others perceive ones communication style.  Each participant will map out a plan to facilitate their business development goals as well as steps to measure progress.
