Many attorneys shy away from business development—viewing it as “salesy” or too time-consuming. Yet, without clients and revenue, a firm ceases to exist. Success depends on cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and executing a strategic plan—an often-overwhelming process without clear guidance.
We work closely with partners, practice group leaders, and attorneys to turn business development into a structured, measurable, and achievable process.
Prior to any session, participants complete a DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness) and Motivator assessment to uncover their behavioral style. Through personalized coaching, they learn how to harness their strengths, understand others, and communicate more effectively. They also gain the skills to expand networks, establish themselves as thought leaders, and develop a disciplined, strategic approach to business growth.

Depending on their role, sessions can be integrated into team or practice-area discussions or serve as a standalone track to build a personalized business development strategy with an actionable execution plan.
